Netlink IDThe club decided that we should not transition to acsa(at)uvic(dot)ca instead of uvicacsa(at)gmail(dot)com since the gmail account is functional. In addition, we have a Facebook page where we communicate regularly on and having 2 email addresses floating around could confuse people.

Diversity ForumACSA will be presenting at the Diversity Forum next week (January 31) talking about how the club used funds received from the Community Building Fund for the Fall Semester’s Ubuntu event

Black History MonthA panel discussion that centers around “what it means to be black in Canada?”

Concerns:
Media: Possibly reviewing print stories before they are published for accuracy
Ensuring that there is a disclaimer at the beginning of the event
Ensuring that the questions are projected on a screen
